We provide a critical link for the manufacturers we represent to the dealers, specifiers, and end-users that utilize their products and services, playing for the represented companies the function of the Export-Area Manager with the goal to develop the presence of the brands and the promotion of the products to the best results.

It's our responsibility to be the specialist, the intermediary and the facilitator between the local demand for the product and the manufacturing of the product as the "marketer" of the product, showing a catalog and relaying basic equipment information simply doesn't cut it any longer

Although some people think of CRM as just technology, it is so much more than that.

No technology, no matter how sophisticated – can be successful without a strategy to guide its implementation and use. Business strategy and technology must work together in order to bring a customer-centric plan to life.
